The ACADEMY, AMBASSADOR, and COSMOPOLITAN SERIES CABINETS, manufactured by J.L. Industries, are some of the finest cabinets available. They are made of aluminum with a clear anodized finish (Academy) or steel with electrostatic white epoxy primer finish (Ambassador) or all stainless steel (Cosmopolitan). All cabinets include a continuous hinge door and acrylic front with squared edge construction. (The 3″ trim model has rolled edge construction). Three different acrylic door styles are stocked: Full Acrylic, Full Acrylic with Saf-T-Lock, and Contemporary V. Full Acrylic and Contemporary V models are equipped with zinc-plated pull handles and roller catches, while the Full Acrylic with Saf-T-Lock models use pull handles with keyed-alike cylinder locks and flexible cams.
