Fire extinguisher maintenance is required on an Annual basis or as frequent as you request. A 6-Year Maintenance and 12-Year Hydro-Test are performed by trained and permitted technicians who follow the manufacturer’s service manuals and comply with the regulations of the NFPA. The service tags are easy to read. If the tag shows that the 12 month service is due, it’s time to contact us. Following this guidance will help ensure the safety of all employees and patrons.

To fulfill this obligation, we offer on-site training with a live fire to teach employees the correct use of a portable fire extinguisher. We service all brands which are required to be inspected every six months. Residential Fire Suppression Install, Inspections & Service
We sell and install the Guardian brand. It is a unique, state-of-the-art, range-top automatic fire suppression system ideal for the protection of residential cooking equipment in light commercial occupancies, such as group homes, dormitories, day care centers, church kitchens, fire stations, break rooms, libraries, and civic group meeting halls. All kitchen hood suppression systems are required to be inspected every six months. Considerations include the type of structure, the number of persons exposed, the type of industry involved, and the height and type of construction of the building or structure. Exit routes from buildings must be free of obstructions and properly marked with exit signs and emergency lighting.
